Documentation Process

Documents Required for Admission


To complete the admission process smoothly, candidates are required to submit the following documents. These are essential for verification and eligibility confirmation. Please ensure that you carry both the original copies and a set of self-attested photocopies.

  • Passport Size Photograph – Recent passport-size photographs (as per specified dimensions) for identification and records.
  • High School Marksheet (10th Class) – Proof of completion of secondary education, required to verify the date of birth and academic qualifications.
  • Intermediate Marksheet (12th Class) – Marksheets from the higher secondary level are essential for academic evaluation and course eligibility.
  • Migration Certificate – Issued by the previous board or university, this document allows students to migrate from one institution to another.
  • Character Certificate – A certificate issued by the last attended school/institute attesting to the candidate’s good conduct.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) – Issued by the previous institution, confirming that the student has formally left the institution.
  • ID Proof (Aadhar Card) – A valid government-issued ID for identity verification and official documentation.
  • Domicile Certificate – To confirm the candidate’s state of residence, often required for seat reservation and eligibility under state quota.
  • Category Certificate (if applicable) – For candidates applying under reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), this certificate is mandatory for claiming benefits.

    • Note: Failure to provide any of the above-mentioned documents may result in disqualification or delay in the admission process. It is advised to keep multiple photocopies ready for submission as required.
