Independence Day

The Independence Day celebration at MIET Kumaon was held with great patriotism and enthusiasm. The program began with the unfurling of the National Flag by the respected Director, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling the campus with pride and unity. Students and faculty gathered to honor the sacrifices of freedom fighters and reflect on the nation’s journey toward progress and development. The event featured cultural performances, including patriotic songs, dances, and speeches that highlighted the values of freedom, unity, and integrity. Students showcased their creativity and love for the country through skits and poetry recitations. Faculty members also delivered motivational messages, inspiring students to contribute positively to the nation’s growth. The celebration concluded with sweets distribution and a collective pledge to uphold the spirit of patriotism. The event truly reflected the essence of India’s independence and unity in diversity.
